These programs run on a 4 weekly basis.

Timetable is as follows:

Morning classes Monday / Wednesday and Friday 9.45am

Evening Classes Monday 6.30pm/ Wednesday and Thursday 7.30pm

Duration: 12 sessions per month hourly classes.

Cost: £99 per program or £10 per session pay as you go)

JULY FRIENDS OFFER - Introduce a friend and get your July Program for £19.99

Lisa provides specialised fitness training sessions, 3 Per week ( 1 month package ) with guidance and expert tuition to get your mind and body into perfect shape. Personal consultation included.

You can choose between morning sessions or evening sessions.
