Following our last health and fitness blog ‘You Are What You Eat – The Law of Vibration’ we should now understand just how much our diet can influence your mood and energy, but what is a good, balanced diet?
Every time you eat an item of food you are absorbing the energy of the food and this energy can impact many aspects of life and choosing to eat lots of junk food can negatively impact your lifestyle as your body isn’t absorbing the nutrients it needs to function properly which leads to a decline in your energy vibration level.
However, if we eat food that is natural and unprocessed (as God created it) our body receives the necessary nutrients it needs which leads to a rise in our energy vibration diet.
Eating a high-vibration diet and drinking high-vibration liquids so that your body works in harmony with your mind and spirit.
Any food that is can be consumed in its pure and raw form is a high vibration food, as it has absorbed the sun’s energy and that energy causes it to vibrate at a high frequency, which benefits both our physical and mental state.
Our tips and tricks to a high-vibe diet:
- Fresh fruits
- Fresh vegetables
- Whole grain bread
- Brown rice
- Raw honey
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs
- Fresh spices
The energy of the food will reduce as it is further processed, either by microwaving, frying, canning, and dehydrating.
Alcohol is of no benefit to us as it is a low-vibe drink as it has often been a part of an intense production process.
Seek the help of Archangel Raphael by praying or meditating, as he will empower you to change your eating habits so that you start to eat these high-vibe foods regularly. As you start your high-vibe diet, your cravings for unhealthy food will subside.
Make sure that you pray for the food that God has given us, this will focus a high frequency of energy onto our food raising the food's energy vibrations.
Eating this blessed food will help you build a closer connection with the Angels due to the high frequency it projects.
